On the rare occasion you may need to return a product that proves to be faulty. Contact us and we will gladly assist you with your problem.
We will then gladly help you resolve the problem & advise a solution or whether the item can be repaired or replaced when confirmed faulty, you may then send the product back advising us of the reason for return, your name and address.
We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
For your protection, we recommend that you use at least recorded-delivery service or a service that insures your product & guarantees it's arrival.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
Cancellation of goods- within 14 working days starting the day after receipt of goods. Please contact us to advise us of your intentions. Often we can help & resolve any problem you may have. Please note products that are hand made or special order cannot be returned as unwanted items for a refund. Exclusions- Where products are made to order, have tamper proof seals are fitted (including software and specially imported products to order), these must be intact otherwise we cannot accept returns unless faulty.

Certain services sent by email are available immediately after payment is made ie software and therefore no cooling off period applies.
The item must be unused in 'as new' condition, complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.

Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. non-rechargeable batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
NOTE: Items returned without our confirmation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, at sender's expense.

The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
