Delivery Charges
We use predominantly Royal Mail but occasionally DPD & EVRI when they are busy to ensure your parcel is delivered to your address quickly and securely,

We always promptly dispatch same or next working day. Therefore, items purchased after this date will still be sent the next working day, despite the Christmas holidays as we post parcels throughout the holidays to maintain a service to our customers. Just remember to add the days that Royal Mail are not working to the expected delivery times.

UK Express Courier Delivery
We would normally choose Royal Mail 24 tracked service. We may also use EVRI for items up to £50 & DPD for parcels over £50 when Royal Mail workloads are high.
Express Courier would normally arrive within 1-2 working days.
Example: If ordered before 8pm and dropped off by us the next working day before 12pm. We would normally achieve next working day after received by courier.
Items such as made to order items would normally be sent after 12pm the next working day. Therefore, normally received within 2 working days.
Royal Mail
After dispatch, Most (95%) of our orders sent first class are delivered within 1 to 5 working days within the UK and 80% of the time it will be with you the following (working) day. Depending on the time of day we may dispatch the same working day. However, items normally arrive at our post office for dispatch on the next working day.
If another address is more convenient than home, eg work, we can send it there instead. This option is available in the checkout.

UK delivery normally sent Next working day and arrive within 1-2 days.
Returns Policy
We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. If for any reason at all you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
